Children from 18 months to 3 years of age enter Montessori in pre-primary class. They experience social interaction and learn about complex rules and respect for others. At this stage, we stress on the development of senses as well as on the physical, social and emotional development. Children are introduced to self-correcting exercises of perceptual development and practical life activities of cultural adaptation. These exercises create habits of concentration, attention and order.
Play and Learning Experiences
We provide a perfect blend of Montessori and daycare education at this age. The day care material includes nesting toys, puppets, Toss boxes, a large number of fun and learning puzzles, sound and sight bottles, picture cards, clothing frame boards, rhythm instruments, matching games, and soap paint, etc. A separate list of Montessori equipment is attached with information.
